"Nutrition info feels unclear"
I went on tortilla.co.uk to check the calories and allergens before ordering, but the nutrition info was a bit of a mess. It felt like it kept jumping around, and by the end I still wasn’t confident about what was actually in the meal I wanted.
For a food place, that kind of thing should be really easy to find and understand. It also had that no real person there feeling, like there was nobody to quickly ask or reassure you, so I just decided not to order rather than guess with allergens.

"Tiny Burrito, Big Price"
I ordered a burrito here and assumed it would be a decent size for the price, but nope. It was small, cost more than I expected, and I still left hungry. Maybe I just picked the wrong thing, but I’m guessing the portions here just aren’t great.

"The website could be easier to use"
I tried ordering through Tortilla and found it a bit frustrating, to be honest. The pages were quite slow for me, and on my phone the menu seemed to move around, which made it harder to choose what I wanted. Checkout was also a little confusing, and after having to re-enter my details a couple of times, I ended up giving up. I’m sure the food and in-store experience are probably fine, but the website could definitely do with some improvements

"Not much room to change anything"
I was disappointed with how limited the ordering was. I just wanted to swap a couple of things in my burrito, but it felt weirdly awkward and like there wasn’t much they could do. For a burrito place, I expected a lot more flexibility. I didn’t really feel like asking customer service either, because it didn’t seem like they’d be helpful or actually fix anything. Ended up eating something I wasn’t that excited about.

I ordered a burrito bowl and chips, but half of it was wrong. The toppings weren’t what I picked, and the salsa was missing even though it was clearly on the receipt. The delivery was late too, so by the time it arrived the food was cold and the bag looked like it had just been sitting around for a while. I tried to get it sorted, but didn’t really get much help. Has anyone else had this happen? I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Payment process was frustrating"
I tried paying online it was more hassle than it should’ve been. My card didn’t go through the first time, and there wasn’t any clear explanation or help on what to do next. I don’t really have the patience to mess around with a checkout that doesn’t work properly, so it’s definitely made me think twice about ordering again.

"Too much hassle for office catering"
I ordered Tortilla for a small work lunch, and to be honest, it just didn’t feel like it worked well for catering. The whole process felt like there were too many steps just to get a simple group order sorted, which made it more stressful than it needed to be.
When the food arrived, it was a bit messy, and some of it was already cold. The portions were also uneven, so a couple of people ended up with loads while others barely had enough, which was awkward in an office setting.
I’m sure it’s better if you’re going in-store and ordering for yourself, but for a work lunch or catering situation, I wouldn’t do it again. It felt like too much faff for what we got

"Didn’t Feel Like Enough Options"
I checked out the menu and it just felt a bit too limited for me. I was hoping there’d be more to choose from, but nothing really stood out enough to make me feel good about ordering. Maybe it works for other people, but I’d rather not spend money on something I’m unsure about, so I ended up not ordering again.

"Good food, but the app needs work"
I really like the food when I’m actually able to place an order, but the app has been unreliable for me. It freezes at checkout, logs me out randomly, and sometimes my points don’t show up. I’ve ended up going in and ordering at the store twice after wasting time trying to use it. I also wish the instructions were clearer when something goes wrong, because it’s not always obvious what to do next. Hope it gets fixed soon because it’s frustrating

"The food is fine, no real complaints there..."
The food is fine, no real complaints there, but the rewards side of things is underwhelming. I signed up expecting to get some decent deals, but most of the offers are either tiny discounts or stuff I wouldn’t really use anyway. And the points take forever to build up — give me a break. It feels more like they just want you checking the app all the time than actually giving you anything worthwhile

I was craving Tortilla for lunch, but the closest one is way too far from where I am. It’s fine if you’re already in town, but I’m not making a whole trip just for it. it’s not that convenient.

"Healthy options? More like the sad salad corner"
I went on tortilla.co.uk hoping to find a few lighter, healthier options, but it felt limited. Most of it was the usual heavy fillings and extras, like the “cheese-and-sauce avalanche” section had taken over. I couldn’t easily spot calories or figure out what the better choices were either. Bit frustrating if you’re just trying to eat something decent without needing a detective badge.

"Leaky takeaway bag ruined the meal"
I picked up my order and the bag was already leaking by the time I got home. Everything felt messy, and the food got soggy really quickly, which was disappointing. it makes me a bit less confident about ordering takeaway from here again.

Tried to order my usual again, but half the menu was unavailable just like last time. The staff were nice enough, so I don’t blame them, but it’s frustrating when you can’t actually get what you came in for. i wish I’d read the reviews first because it seems like this is a regular thing.

I stopped in with my sister, and it just didn’t feel great. The tables were a bit sticky, and the whole place felt flat with not much of a vibe. We didn’t really feel like hanging around for long

"Refund took longer than I expected"
The complaint did get sorted in the end, but the refund took way too long to come through. I’ve had refunds processed much faster with other companies in the past, so this was frustrating.

"Why is it different every time?"
I don’t get how the same order can come out with totally different portions depending on the branch. It’s annoying, and it feels like such a waste of energy trying to figure out which location will actually give you what you paid for.
